I am of the understanding there are several homosexual couples in this town. And because of this I am considering offering a 'gay bar night' at the bar.

I am wondering how others in town feel about this.

Is that considered discrimination then. Or would one be providing a night to appease the opposite side? Though I figured the whole aspect going to a bar for a night was to pick up a prospective boyfriend or girlfriend. What good would that serve them if they are already in couples?

Not that I mind this prospect at all I just fail to see how this prospect helps with the entertainment value of this town unless our homosexual population vastly out numbers the rest.

I'm personally taking it as switching things up a little.

People visit bars for a myriad of reasons, sir. Romance is only one of many. Some go to relax, others to for business meetings, some need a little support, and some just like having a drink.

What a gay bar night would offer would be a change for those to experience a gay bar which has a completely different atmosphere and expectations than a normal bar. It wouldn't cater to just the homosexual couples.

((I would just advise being careful. I'm not exactly sure how certain people would feel about having their characters outed or anything like that since, to my knowledge, none of them have had much of an open public relationship. :x Plus being able to read people it would be best to use tact about their person lives. Though this is just merely a suggestion not any sort of order. ^^))
