1. Buffy convinced Pippi to come back to the Raiderettes through the devious, clever plan of getting her alone and saying "You should come shopping with us." Because Pippi necessitates clever plans like that.
2. Mitzi and Iris tracked them down to where the girls were robbing a beauty salon. While Pippi couldn't be made to understand the moral implications of her actions, eventually Mitzi was able to simplify it to "Mandy is breaking things, breaking things is bad." which got Pippi to decide which side she was on.
3. It was a tough decision for Buffy, after all, the Raiderettes had always been her friends, but when Pippi offered to do her hair if she'd help them, while Brandi and Mandy called her an idiot for hesitating, Buffy's path was clear. In a brief flash of Pippi-vision, she switched sides and joined gang-Pippi to defeat the Raiderettes, and testified against them, along with Mitzi. Pippi was declared unfit to testify.
4. Since they somehow couldn't just be Titans, since there was two teams, but the girls worked together somewhat often, Pippi ultimately decided the foursome should be called 'Kid Flash and the Feminine Four' - while they tried to point out that, yes, there were four of them, it should be Kid Flash and the Feminine Three... she decided that didn't sound good, so "It would be four if you counted Dinah."
Note: Dinah does not count herself with this group.
5. Buffy still doesn't necessarily get this whole heroic motivation thing, but she and Pippi go shopping regularly, she's part of a group who provides positive feedback, and they have coordinated outfits!
