Well This Is Another Fine Mess... (Bound!Sally AU)
The first thing Zach was aware of, and keenly at that, was that his head was absolutely throbbing. Second, was that his hands were bound behind his back. He mumbled, mostly to himself. "Honey, did you push me into the headboard again...?"

"Trouble. Don't look at her eyes." Zach says, trying to turn his head away, but finding that particular connection between mind and body temporarily halted. He clenches his teeth. "Ll--" The remaining syllables of the spell die in his throat.

"Tut tut now, Zee. You know better than that." Mirabai chastises him and saunters over, stroking a gloved hand over his cheek and looking at Sally. "And your sweetheart doesn't need to worry so much. I'm great with humans, goblins, orcs, even giants and the occasional high elf... but you, young lady... are a different mystic stew altogether."

Zach glared daggers at the sovereign of the pocket world. "I'm not the child you captured before, witch. I know horrors that would make your skin crawl and your hair turn white now. I will never be yours, and neither will Sally."

He's impassioned, but he doesn't dare say 'Salome' now.

Mirabai sighs and shakes her head. "Zee, I'm letting you use your voice, provided its in the correct direction. Be a dear and don't flap your gums uselessly."

Zach struggles against his restraints as Mirabai circles him, flinching away in disgust each time her hands touch his shoulders.

The sorceress looks pointedly at Sally each time she touches Zach. "I want what I had. Absolute domination over..." She tilts her head, thinking. "I think 'Spellworld' is the best translation for your world's tongues. Anyway, your little boytoy presented enough of a distraction that I ended up caught off-guard by Captain Atom, then that dolt Mordru usurped me while I was weak.

I got better." The corners of her lips curl upwards.

"Are you going to make me?" Mirabai gives Sally a flat look, then runs her fingers through Zach's hair, gripping it when he tries to buck her hand off.

"I spent a number of years in Mordru's seraglio before my powers returned enough simply to escape, let alone enough cross to your world. I'm not in fighting form yet to deal with him, or take my revenge on Adams, so..." She pulls Zach's head back in an act of dominance. "...here we are.

Would you like to know how I think my little Zee should start settling the account?"

Zach starts to bark out another attempt at a spell, only for it to come out as a choking cough.

"I understand honey, I really do. I wouldn't like someone poking at my dinner plate either. On the other hand... I don't care." She smiles cheerfully and then shucks off her cloak, crouching in front of Zach in a bustier and leather pants.

"Now Zee, eyes open. Over this way. Using this on you before made you resistant enough that I couldn't subjugate you while you were asleep, but now that you're awake, and prone to all of life's delightful little distractions... it's a different game." She cups Zach's chin and tries to draw his gaze.

"Get... off... me..." Zach growls through clenched teeth, finding his eyes not cooperating with shutting, and trying to look anywhere else in the room for options.

	Mirabai is caught off-guard as a piece of stone still connected to the chain gets whipped forward as Sally breaks free. She throws up a simple shielding spell, bringing her hands off of Zach. Zach, sensing an opening, finally turns to face his opponent and pivots his body around rapidly. A leg lashes out to whip at Mirabai's ankles as she's still crouching. Just as temporarily, and he's pretty sure it was a ploy by the sorceress, Zach is dumbstruck by a particular viewpoint, but shakes it off. Sally obviously wasn't the only one throwing pheremones around.

He rolls into a backwards tumble-sault, escaping the cuffs with practiced ease now that he can move. He tries and fails again to bring up a spell, the syllables coming out as if he's underwater. He settles for jumping forward and bringing a shoulder against Mirabai's back.

	"Insolent little children!" Mirabai snarls as she whips an arm in each direction, sending out emerald bolts of force. Zach manages to duck, just barely, trying to get his voice to cooperate again. 	"'Experience'? That's what we're going to call it?" Zach gapes slightly, as he ducks a flying dagger of ice. He catches a second one, and pulls back far enough to cut open the back of a palm. In spite of everything, Zach lets out a sigh. "Darling, I adore you, but sometimes, honestly..." His gaze snaps back into focus as Mirabai is taken down.

One of the sorceress' arms flails wildly, hitting Sally with a glancing blow that makes Zach cry out in concern. Her other hand winds up underneath her, and the attack goes off in her face.

Zach clenches his jaw and concentrates. No time for anything truly offensive, even if Sally weren't in the way. Just keep it simple. It still feels like they're on Earth, so they don't need Mirabai to get them back.

"Enogeb." He pours his will into the simple spell, and Mirabai disappears. He doesn't know where on Earth she'll get dumped, but he also doesn't care. He hurries forward to Sally and immediately sends them back to Shadowcrest.

Now, close enough to practically be swimming in his beloved's pheremones, it's all Zach can do to simply blush pink as he checks her over. It would be mortifying to go through all that just to get sucker-punched by a talisman or rune Mirabai slipped onto her.

"Salome..." He says, his mouth dry, hands already wrestling gently with hers along the edges of their clothing. "I need to examine you." He swallows hard.

	Slowly, with enforced restraint, Zach looks her over, and undresses her. His fingertips map her body hungrily, every moment of his eyes meeting hers declaring his own mounting hunger. Well, no more than any other stunningly attractive and supernaturally fit individual, anyway.

"Love... I'm all yours." Zach says, barely in a whisper, pivoting around her and unbuttoning his collar and turning his head to the side. He very much makes himself the picture of willing surrender, even as his hands settle with a hunger of their own on her hips. Oh those full, powerful, absolutely delicious hips.
