Random Scenario Meme - Dex and Jess - Angst 20
A lot could change in a short period of time. Dex had been kicked out of the Green Lanten Corps and had to give up his ring. He had been returned to Earth and without his ring he left the YJLA. He still fought in underground fighting matches, but lately he had been on a losing streak. Enough that he couldn't afford his rent and was now living on the street.

He pulled the heavy coat tighter around him. The winter air was cold and the wind made it bitter cold.

It was a cold night. Jess had been doing all kinds of stuff since she had turned green. No cage matches though because that wasn't her thing.

She did though train often now. She thought a strong body would encourage a strong mind and now she was on her way to taking the bus back towards what she had come to think of as home.

Wait is that...Dex? She had heard he had lost his ring. Why the Hell was he on Earth?

"Dex," Jess calls from the other side of the street looking totally baffled. Hard to disguise her identity with that bright green skin.

	Oh yeah that was him. She waited for a car to pass before jogging across the street. She might have powers but more often then not she liked doing things the old fashioned way.
