Test Scene
It hadn't surprised Olivia that Julian Howard was too busy to speak with her. He was, after all, King, but more than that she wasn't anything of interest to him. Her hereditary membership in the Hellfire Club wasn't anything interesting to anyone, really, other than a "isn't she Ned Buckman's kid" whisper that sometimes passed between the members who were smart enough to know their history. After such a humiliating defeat no one considered much of anything related to "that Buckman girl" which was largely how Olivia liked it. But Julian was smarter than that, of course. Olivia knew as much. He'd passed her on to someone he could trust with an opinion instead of outright dismissing her. It was an opening of sorts and Olivia knew it. If she could get past the Black Queen she would be in firing range of her target.

Olivia checked the address she had been given for the body art parlor against the building her driver pulled up at. After telling him to leave the area and return only upon her call, Olivia got out and walked into the shop, a figure distinctly not the type of clientele that the shop usually attracted, though Olivia did have a piercing or two she could stand some new hardware for.

"Good afternoon."

	"I think we could improve our reach, quite frankly. It may be worth our while to look at trying to pull some of the more notable young upstarts into just basic membership. 	Olivia produced a business card from her purse and handed it to Viveca. "The number there reaches me no matter where I am." Olivia smiled. "Are we finished here? "Truth was, I wasn't certain. I've been waffling between some serious piercings--the one where you can lace like a corset is fascinating--and just an elaborate but well-placed tattoo. I'm still in the idea phase, though expanding on my more personal peircing is always an option."

Olivia watched Viveca with interest. She'd been so bored when they were talking club business but the woman, though her facial expression had barely changed, was practically lighting up in front of her now. Passion. Olivia recognized it.

"Well, that depends whether you have the time to take care of it every day for two months before you get any real aesthetic use out of it. And then you have to take into account physiological conditions, like diabetes or various mutations."

Viveca looks interested at the mention of Olivia's current piercing. "I've done some pretty good work on those. Happy to work with you on sorting that out."
