My father has just informed me that I am to be married.

A wedding has been arranged, but the date of the event is something I still don't know.

	Arranged marriages are not uncommon, Miss. I was approached by your father who knew I was seeking a bride. From there the negotiations were simple, based on dowry and I believe I had to meet your father's standards for worthiness. There were no undue dealings. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

I believe Amycus Carrow was next on your father's list, so if you wish to be matched with that sort, be my guest. Or even, shame your family by taking your chances on a love match. Look to your peers and see how many of them are married or already matched up. There are really two or three potential matches and I assure you, I am far superior to some adolescent. I have my own business attached to my long standing family business. I am head of my family and I am not completely ignorant to the ways and emotions of women ~~though Octavia will eat you alive~~ and you would be well suited for me.

I am not in need of a slave, I wish for a wife who knows her place in society and can help further our status, or at the very least, do no damage to it. I wish for a wife that will bear my sons and do her duty to society by raising them in a proper manner.
