Herr Eberhard Curd,

Why did you let me write this book? Why did you allow it to become oh-so-successful? I miss you terribly. I miss the shop terribly. Every day, I expect to wake up to the smell of fresh greenland and dairy and see the beautiful hills and chapels and quaint little shops on the cobblestone streets. And every day, I am sorely disappointed that I don't have you to wake up next to, to see and smell all those wonderful things.

How long, oh how long, must I go without catching a glimpse of your sweet face? I don't know how you ever let me leave--oh, you must not love me anymore. I know I return home in merely a month, but is it soon enough! Oh, hopefully you will wait for me until my return with many galleons and sickles.

I think we are all somewhat aware of what arose between you and Grayson, to a degree.

Out of curiosity, how exactly did you manage to make that happen, and was love ever professed on either side? Because I believe I've just made the proposition to enter a similar situation with Juliana and am thus far unable to predict the next moves. Any advice would not go amiss.

As always, send my regards to Adrian and Edmund. Congratulations on your expecting once again.
