After Lian went to bed for the night, Roy is up, considering those serious questions about his future. Does he stay here in Star City and try to help Ollie and Dinah out? Does he go somewhere else and hope that the heroes in that town don't take offense to Red Arrow joining in? Or, does he try to restart the Outsiders and do good wherever needed?
Most importantly, does he uproot his daughter and move her somewhere without family to make any of this happen.
He releases another deep breath and lets an arrow fly at the target across the room. Sooner or later, he's going to have to make some choices about all of this and he's sure the sooner is going to come sooner than he wants.
