Eli did not move. He wanted to see if Luna would truly go through with her attack and hoped she would.
The stake slammed into his chest and Eli was glad that she'd paid attention to everything he'd told her. He grimaced as it pressed into his body and out through his back and he hit the floor like a sack of stones.
"Excellent job, my love." he said, looking down at the stake as though it was simply a part of his coat. There was no blood or anything, as Eli did not have any circulatory system or internal organs.
"Again." he says, pulling out the stake and handing it to her.
"By the way, if a vampire can hand you back the stake, you are likely a dead woman." he says.
