Quite frankly, I really don't really give a shit whether it's a good or a bad idea.

People are going to talk, regardless. I'd rather know what words are going to be spoken behind my back than walk around seeming completely ignorant to the severity of the situation - pretending like this doesn't effect anyone, like this is just going to blow over.

I just want to know who's going to be upfront with me. I have a right to know what people really think.

The people that don't personally know you are going to think you're a death eater who was too chicken to go to prison for your crimes and would rather give up your brother. They'll look at you different because they made up their minds before they heard you speak. Those people are unimportant and have no right to affect your life in anyway.

The people who know you and love you know that you were never involved with the things Augustus did and would only divulge in whatever you knew because it was your absolute resort. He was your brother, anyone who's known you for more than five minutes knows you wouldn't lie about him.

So there are the two things you're going to get. Why are you going to give ~~yourself~~ us even more stress by asking people for it?

I want to know how many people were so quick to judge me, to believe whatever lies they've been fed about me, so I know who the fuck I can cut out of my life, once and for all.
