He rarely feels the need to be completely alone. If he needs to think, he does it surrounded by hundreds of strangers strolling in one or the other pedestrian area, dressed considerably normally to provoke a minimal amount of stares.. If there is something he wants to avoid, he'll travel -- drive, it's still a passion, bad carma aside -- sometimes without a destination, sometimes particularly pretty routes, sometimes only for the sake of speeding. When he does need to go something in particular, he drives up north, to the public cemetery where his father's grave is located. He's very grateful not to have to visit the Hyuuga compound for those instances, since Hizashi refused the family grave.

It's a bit.. scarred, really, but he'll talk to himself, or even to the grave. Lighting incense for it is something that will always calm him, no matter how troubled he is. So really, Neji has come to accept that he doesn't care about looking pathetic, that sort of not!company helps him think clearly, by reminding him of his past, what he's achieved, and what is yet to come. He owes his father being a reasonable son.
