Honestly, all obsession with cars and tea sets aside?
His piano. It was the first thing he bought from his own paycheck once he moved away from the Hyuugas, and it gave him a great feeling of liberty and relief. The two reasons he keeps it in his bedroom are that waking up to the sight of it gives his sometimes rather redundant-feeling days a bit of a meaningful twist. The second is being able to look out the big ceiling window while playing, which is something he enjoys and feels he doesn't do enough these days.
