A question
Everything was ready for tonight. Tina would be here any time now and Justin couldn't wait to see her. He checked on his surprise one last time and smiled.

Tonight would be perfect. The rest of the team was out of the building and Tina would be here with him. He needed her.

He understood that now.

When she arrives, she'll find him dressed in tuxedo with his favorite watch, the one she fixed for him, on his wrist.

"Hey, baby. I missed you." Justin says.

The flight to Kansas City wasn't exactly long, but the fact that Justin was on the other end of it made it feel like forever. It had been too long since she'd seen him and though she had friends and things to do, New York was empty and hollow and lonely. When Justin had suggested that he had some time to spend with her this weekend she leaped at the chance. She needed him so much.

Arriving at the Western Auto building she wasn't sure what to expect, but one thing was certain: Justin in a tuxedo was certainly not what she'd imagined. It was so much better.

"Baby, you look amazing. Do you know that. Wow." Leaving her suitcase at the door she moves quickly to him, wrapping her arms around him and holding him as tightly as she can. "I would have dressed up if you'd warned me. God I've missed you..."

"Well, I didn't want you worrying about getting all dolled up for me. You do that and we'd never go anywhere because you always get worked up about how you look. Even when I say you're the most beautiful girl in the world." Justin says, holding her close.

"Now, I need you to hold still." he says, stepping back from her...and kneeling.

"You were the first person I met when I came to this dimension, and you're the one I want to be with for the rest of my life, Christina Frost.

So, would you like to be Christina Rhodes, by chance?" he asks hopefully.

She hadn't seen this coming and even as he knelt in front of her it didn't quite click what was coming next. His words, though...

"You...you want...me to marry you?"

Her eyes, wide from the surprise, filled with tears and she dropped to her knee in front of him so that they'd be on the same level. So she could look straight into his eyes.

"I want nothing more in this world than to be Christina Rhodes. Yes, Justin. Yes."

	Justin kisses her, then hugs her, then puts the ring on her finger. There are tears in his eyes, as well. "Of all the worlds I could have landed on, I'm glad I came to this one." he says, his voice choking up a little. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
