As far as memory sticks go, for a Pandora Stick it's best to use a stick in the 256MB - 1GB range.
As for a stick for games and what not, here's my suggestions:

this (it's not as fast as the first one mentioned, but it is still a pretty good stick). If you are going to buy your memory stick online, be careful on where you buy it. I don't really see a problem from buying one off a retail's store website, but I really wouldn't trust places such as eBay
(have heard many stories about people's sticks not working that they got off of eBay).
