Saturday Morning
Henry set the alarm for stupid-o'clock this Saturday morning. He takes a shower, slips a towel around his waist, and heads for his room to get dressed. He stops by the room with Josh and Ava first, however, and moves to Josh's bed, where the other is still sleeping.

"Hey... Josh," he whispers, nudging his boyfriend.

	Josh follows along quietly, pulling his hood up out of habit. Getting into the car, he gives Henry a quizzical look as they go. Other than making sure he's seatbelted in firmly, Josh does not mind the speeding. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Henry shakes his head. "I don't mean literally, man. But I'll take your word for it." He grins. "Besides, it might be best if you've got an empty stomach."

Henry zips down the freeway at a rapid speed. There aren't a lot of cars on the freeway at 5:30 in the morning on a Saturday.

He grins. "Things are getting better at school, right? No one's bugging you anymore, right?"

	Eyebrows shoot up at those words. "Better on an empty stomach?" he asks. "Umm...should I be nervous?" he asks. When asked about school, Josh shrugs. "Things are going okay. A couple kids still hassle me but no one's tried to throw a punch. Keep getting a bunch of coaches trying to get me to join teams though," he admits, ears a little red. 	He pulls past the security gate, where the security guard waves him through, apparently recognizing him by face. A short time later, Henry's parked by a small hangar. He hops out of the car and unlocks then opens the hangar, revealing a stunt plane inside. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Henry turns to Josh seriously. "Josh." He reaches out and takes Josh's hands and looks into his eyes. "This is a safe plane. I know how to fly it. It's been maintained by the best fucking mechanic in the world, Tom Kalmaku. It's safer than the drive over here."

He smiles gently, and he shows his ring. "This is a ring that lets use fly... makes it easy. Makes it simple to break the bonds of gravity." He slips the ring off his finger. "But this," he says, indicating the plane, "this is something... magical. And I want to share it with you."

He turns back to Josh, and pulls him towards him, resting his forehead against his boyfriend's, still looking into his eyes.

"Please. This is important to me. Will you try this? Just once? And if you don't want to do it again... we won't ever again. I promise."

Josh blinks when his hands are taken and meets Henry's eyes. He's quiet while the older teen speaks. The ring gets a glance and a nod. He blinks when the ring comes off though. "Magical?" he echos softly.

It's the forehead press that does Josh in. He melts a bit and smiles. "Alright, Henry. Let's do it," he says. At the moment he's pretty much putty in Henry's hands.
