Test Thread
Tyler had been tracking this vampire across three states before picking up his trail in Seattle. The bastard was smart, but Tyler had finely caught up with him. From what he knew his target had joined up with a group of local vamps, probably for extra protection. He'd have to do this carefully. Tyler thought on the lessons given to him by Blade, his father's erstwhile..teammate, friend?..hard to say. He'd have to take advantage of his own immunities and use their weaknesses against them. He found a good perch to survey the area, checking his watch. It was feeding time for the bloodsuckers.

"Three states?" She hadn't caught that earlier when he said that. Her jaw drops slightly.

"He must've been a tricky bastard running that far," she mutters. And now she can feel herself blushing. "I was after the rest of that pack. They've been hurting a lot of people I couldn't just let them keep doing that..."

"Yeah, though I wonder if it was he's brains, my inexperience, or maybe both that allowed him to get that far." His tone somewhat somber. He forces a smile back on his face. "Regardless of circumstances, thanks a lot." He extends the hand out, making sure his claws were retracted.

"Hey." She gives him a serious look. "You can't know anything for certain in life. Especially this one. Don't beat yourself up over it. Jut be happy it's done."

She places her smaller hand in his for a firm shake. "Glad I could help."
