"C'mon, Harry!" Heather said, tugging on his arm. "I know there's cookies in the kitchen! You gotta help me find 'em!"

	Harry peeked again once it seemed safe. "I...yes but-oh no! They must've heard me! Sorry! They'll find us, and there are cookies on the floor, and and I'm sorry! I dun wanna get us in trouble," he rambled as he began to panic from his spot on the floor. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Harry shook a little as he nodded, but his lower lip trembled and he didn't look like he was panicking any less. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to mess up, sorry," he said as he finally moved and tried to quickly but a bit frantically pick up the spilled cookies. "I wanted to help you find cookies and...and-" He looked like he was about to cry. "Sorry, sorry. I don't want them to yell, I'm sorry." He was sounding like a bit of a broken record when it came to sorry and his eyes were watering.

It hadn't yet occurred to Harry that if nobody had heard all that commotion and come running, they were likely still in the clear. He was still incredibly worried someone would come running in and get mad at them. Harry returned her hug and quickly got to helping her clean up the crumbs and then retrieved the box, holding it out for her. "We got cookies," he said with a small nervous smile. "See?"
