You make a good point.

BUT IT'S NOT THAT EASY! Maybe it is for you, but for me? It's very, very difficult.

I'm going to wind up laughing at the wrong things, and talking too loud, or I'll spill something, and she'll probably never want to see me again.

But I already told her I'd go, so I'm going.

You seriously didn't hire her though? Right now I'd rather you did hire her so I didn't feel so bad about not wanting to go to make an idiot out of myself.
