I got stuck on a crowded elevator today in London.

I nearly started climbing the bloody walls. I didn't even mean to get on the damn thing, but I got caught in the middle of a fast moving herd, and got crammed into the back. The doors shut, and there were too many people to push through, and before we even got to the first floor below us, the thing stalled for about 3 minutes.

I'm pretty sure I knocked over an elderly woman and a little boy on my way out of there. I feel bad about it in retrospect, but...Christ.

This is why I prefer the Quidditch Pitch - wide, open spaces with no walls that feel like they're closing in on you.

I...would hope so, but now I'm afraid of the fact that I don't know of any. Stairs perhaps?

I've always been rather fond of stairs. Small, confined spaces are things I do not handle very well.

I went to New York once, with a friend of mine, and tried climbing to the top of the Statue of Liberty, and nearly passed out. There's this spiral staircase you need to climb up once you get to the head, to get to the crown, and you can barely move because people are practically right on top of you as you try to climb.
