"Oh! Hey! Sorry, is this you neighborhood? Was just swinging through to see if anything needed doing and...okay for fun too," he says and waves at Ryan with feet still planted on the side of the building. "But seriously man, this is a blast. Sorry if I'm stepping on toes or something I didn't know that..." He looks at Ryan and pauses because there's no real costume on the guy, just street gear and sunglasses. "Umm...well I don't know what you go by I'm afraid. Help a guy out here?"
