Under cover and in trouble
She had been 'under cover' on assignment to get information. It was a little more than awful pretending to be interested in a man almost three decades older than her.

He was a criminal and a dirty old man. It was easy to let him flirt. She flirted back and really didn't mean it. She really hated how far she felt like she had to go for this job. She felt like she was going to just quit. Leave and tell the Boss to fuck himself.

And then she had to smile and giggle then acted as if nothing was wrong when she felt a hand wandering past her hip. It dawned on her by the look on his new assistant's face that she wasn't alone and someone she knew wasn't happy about this either.

Maybe he'd be able to help her so she'd have to put up with less.

	The funny thing is what neither the mobster or Thomas noticed Sarah do. She takes advantage of oprotunity presented. The mobster starts yelling even more when he finds Sarah's undergarment hanging off the edge of a fancy pen he had on his desk. Now as she runs with him she's trying so hard to not laugh. He doesn't notice it now, but if he does later he'll certainly be very confused.

There's the sound of heavy footsteps coming down the hall, security no doubt, and Thomas grabs her hand and leads her in a dash the opposite way, trying very hard to keep the evil grin off his face. And failing. At least he's not laughing.

Luckily they turn a corner just as shots start being fired. Damn this was fun.

	Except just as they do, another bunch of loud footsteps are running from that direction too. An assistant and ditzy blonde might be trapped. Not them. Thomas stops and grins at her. 	He grins, and hops out onto the window ledge and closes the window behind him (just to mess with their pursuers more), and jumps down after her, careful to avoid other people. 	He thinks about recommending she take them off for a second but decides she knows best about running in heels. Leading the way, they dash and sneak through the streets and alleys, until he swings up a broken fire escape quite a few blocks away and offers her a hand up. "Nobody ever checks the roofs Foxy." 	She thinks that the kind of running they may have to do will kill the shoes but she doesn't want to go running bare foot even if she could easily manage that better. 	He likes making her blush, but she's blushing an awful lot. He figures their antics on the desk were too much for her so he shoots her a kind smile and offers to take her to her safehouse door. From the outside he can already tell this is one of the ones he's already found. Didn't seem like she used it much. The fridge was full of expired things. But he keeps quiet about that, not wanting to reveal all his cards. She might have agreed to kind of act as a mole for him in return for helping her with the blackmailing thing but he still liked having some things to himself.
