switcherooooo!
List three (or more) of your characters, and I'll tell you how I would have played them, similar or different.

I think I'd have made her less mothering and likeable and more of an annoying tattletale/bossy cow. Typical older sister. If you've ever read Laura Ingalls Wilder's Farmer Boy, I think she'd be a lot like Almanzo's sister Eliza Jane.

Johann
I know next to nothing about Goethe, but I think I'd have made him a bit less quirky and sexed-up, but then again, I'm a prude. I think I might have made him more aware of his intelligence, since Goethe was said to be the last true polymath to walk the earth. It would have been interesting to see him and Hoffmann have a duel of wits, I think.

Daphne
I wouldn't have made her French 'cause she's actually British. I also might have made her a theater geek and perhaps a lesbian or at least bisexual since she was rumored to have been either of those. Massive guilt complex, very shameful. Probably would've tried to get her to be friends with Morgan.

I would totally make Johann really smart, but I would LOSE in a battle of wits with Micha.

Scott
I completely love the way you play Scott. I don't think I'd really change anything.

Jack
I think I would have made him like he really was because I'm weird like that. I like how you've made him more of a mountain man sort of guy. It's funnier that way. He'd probably be this really ambitious self-educated socialist. Would probably write a bit more obviously, be a bit of a womanizer, and could be variously liked and hated.

Simone
I love your Simone! She's the perfect amount of self-satisfied and just a touch arrogant, which I think lends a lot to her charm. I might have made her a little more dedicated to her schoolwork, probably a bit of a know-it-all. I think your Simone is lovely, though. I probably wouldn't play her very different.

Tiger Lily
I don't think I would have made her a stripper. Perhaps a modern dancer, interpretive dance, that kind of thing. Something a little more innocent. But I like how flirtatious you make her :D

Tinkerbell
I love your Tink. She's perfectly lovely and yet completely wicked. I can't wait to play more with her!

Luke
Yeah, I'd probably have kept Plath a girl. Probably rather similar to Luke, though, although I agree with Micha, probably more pitable.

Alex
I'd probably make him more reckless. I like that you've made him so rebellious, but I think he should've done more stupid stuff to prove a point.

Virginia
I would probably have made her a bit more tragic, considering she lost her parents at a very young age and sort of went a bit loony after that. Probably a bit of a snob to compensate. I would have made her befriend Morgan and then shun him (as happened in real life, poor Forster!). She was part of this literary circle called the Bloomsbury Group so I might have made her a bit of an elitist and sort of an annoying bitch. Not nearly as sweet as yours. Apparently I like to be mean as much as I play nice... xD

Morgan
I think you play the perfect Morgan. I adore him so. I think maybe I wouldn't have made him quite such a wallflower, but otherwise, I really do love the way you write him. I wouldn't change very much at all.

Evelyn
I think I'd probably make him rather the same, but he'd be awful because I'm not good at being bitter, it always ends up turning into a pity party (a la Dot). You write him much better than I ever could.

Shakespeare
I think I might make him a bit more erratic, not so much of a sweetheart. He might be a bit silly and would probably have an interest in linguistics, enjoy making up words, that sort of thing. Probably a theatre geek. A bit more reckless, adventurous and playful, maybe? I'm not sure.

Rosencrantz
I know next to nothing about Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead so I'd probably just make him say stupid things in my own attempt to be clever (tic-tacs? wtf). I love how you write Roswel, I wouldn't change him a bit but I certainly wouldn't be able to play him like you do.

Tennessee
I'd have made him more biographical, but then he would be really girly and boring so I'm glad you decided to base him more off of the men in his plays. It makes him more tormented and interesting (and hot, let's just be honest). I love love love your Tennessee, he is all kinds of fantastic and horrible (in terms of his behavior, not your playing!) and you are wunderbar.

Viollca
I wouldn't know WHAT to do because there's, like, nothing known about William of Newburgh and I would be at a standstill and wouldn't be able to play him. I love that you gave him your dad's culture, I think that is so cool and gives him so much depth. Plus, you play sexy way better than I do.

Wendy
You gave me all the characters I love, oh my lord. Wendy is so wonderful! She's perfect amounts of innocent and bossy and curious and sweet and little girl and grown up and ugh. I love her to death. I'm glad you didn't make her totally helpless like she is in some of the film versions of Peter Pan. I don't know that I'd change much, really. I'm really not helpful at all, am I? x_x
