There were several ways, really, that
gens Aquila get-togethers were better than Drake family reunions. The view as one relaxed was one. Cornelius Drake sat on an isolated beach in an
ornate chair he'd sculpted from the sand, eating a chocolate bar -- 100% shade grown, benefiting tamarin habitats, thank you -- and reading a book, over which he occasionally looked out onto the water.
"Having fun?" he eventually called out.
