The battle was over. Kang had been defeated. The Avengers and the JLA had successfully defeated the time traveling world conqueror and his kangbots were powered down. It was time for the Avengers to go home.

Only Svalin didn't want to go. She had fallen in love with Jon and wanted to stay in his world with him.

She looked at the Avengers and then at Jon. She knew what she had to do. She approached Jon.
