Um, whoops?
Hello Scribbld, long time no see.

I'll TRY and start crossposting entries over here, complete with their random as hell tags... will it work? I dunno.

I'll quickly summarise what's been eating at my time:
- Work, work, and more work.
- Niecelings coming to stay.
- Middle nieceling's birthday.
- The Sims 2
- The Sims 3
- Writings.
- Books.
- Torchwood. → Still very gutted about season 4 though :(
- More work.
- Assassin's Creed → Finished it finally *\o/*
- Went to London in February to see Avenue Q and met Daniel Boys, who was very nice to fangirly me.
- Went to London in Juse to see Jon Robyns in Les Mis.
- Started planning a trip to London at the end of August to see Avenue Q - and maybe Les Mis if we can afford - again with my best friend Nick who is leaving me to go to Drama School.
- Daniel Boy's album. He's v. good.
- John Barrowman and Daniel Boys singing "I Know Him So Well" → When combined with Torchwood 3x04... sobbing fangirl again.
- TWEWY... again.

And I think that's it... eh whatever. Like I said, will attempt to crosspost here to let anyone left know that I'm alive and around.

You, hi! How're ya?

Torchwood 3x04 broke my soul. And they're actually going ahead with season 4 after the disaster that was Children of Earth?

Me! Hello, I'm good. And how are you?

I... still can't rewatch it. I'm reliving the awesome of seasons 1 and 2. They'll probably rebrand it as the "Gwen Cooper and friends Show" because that's what it will be.

I've been fine. ;]

Hehe. I'm rewatching it, too. Seriously, though, everyone I liked is dead and Jack's gone. I always disliked Gwen. ;[ Either they pull the biggest resurrection in history, or I'm done with Whoverse stuff. David Tennant is leavin', too.

That's good then.

I'll be done with TW unless season 4 is the epic to end all epics. I'll give the new Doctor a try at least before I go 'Sod it' and leave there too. I don't get why RTD kills off the awesome chracters, Tosh & Owen, Ianto, Donna... hell The Master in his own freaky way.

I doubt it. The team's gone, it's just Gwen, who sucks. Jack bounced after 456, too sick with grief, so I doubt he's coming back to Earth.

As for DW, I would have stopped watching it after season one, when Christopher Eccleston left, if it wasn't for the sheer awesomeness that is David Tennant. I may be biased, but I don't think the new guy's just gonna live up to his predecessors.

I hope Jack doesn't to be honest. Because, that, to me would the the one thing that cheapens Ianto's death. All like "Oh, hey, he's dead. Let me be happy without him here on earth~" Uh, no. Have you heard the recent radio plays? There's one where Jack's in a coma and Ianto's talking to him, and it's amazing and sad.

I came late to DW, and caught up via the internet so I was a bit spoilt with Eccleston/Tennant. I think the one thing the new guy really has going for him is Steven Moffat who has written some amazing (if not pant-wettingly scary) episodes.

He probably won't, not for a god awful long time. I mean, if he left after Ianto died, it's doubtful he'll return. Though, we do know he did come back to watch Earth go boom, but that's it. And no, I haven't. I should. 0o;

Mm. I'll try to hold judgment, but I doubt I'll like him. It's kind of like how I disliked seasons 3+, after Rose left.

I agree with you. I think he should leave it at least a couple of hundred years. And you should, especially 'The Dead Line' which has the bit I was telling you about. IIRC you can get them on the torch_wood comm over at LJ.

I get you, it's something new and we'll have to give it a try.
