ok perhaps you are right. However i don't think the flames stoped i think the mods at the time couldnt handle it. Eaither way, i feel that this flame cup will be better run, i guess only time will tell.

Well, [info]flamecup already has flames submitted with sixty (I think?) members. And the flames did stop, gradually of course. I mean the last post had what, 15 flames?

Well Flamecup also was established 4 days before Flame_cup. I think the reason that flames stoped was because people lost trust in them being updated. Who is going to put effort into flames that will never be shown?

I just don't understand why there would be a matching community made when there was already a successful version existent? And you're the only person I've yet heard of who thought this. I think people stopped submitting flames because GJ was dying.
