i've tried to spin this idea into a psl before so nobody judge me if you see me but i always thought if there was another wizarding war it'd be due to the uprising of vagabond death eaters who weren't as organized as voldemort's posse? and like you said, they'd be focused on committing acts of terror and actually wiping out halfbloods and muggleborns so i approve

yes exactly! and we wouldn't dive right into it, it would just slowly and gradually progress as more and more crimes start popping up in the prophet and whatnot so it's like a slow build instead of just bam, war!
