aw thanks if you'd like to explain that'd help a lot because that lj comm was just like COPY THIS DO THAT BUT MAKE SURE TO OVERRIDE THIS

i cped the code directly from my layout SO i'm not sure what you were missing (the .shadowed parts, i think) but there was a little bit of code you needed to hide the userinfo and namefield text! that hid the image map too so i wrapped the map in a div code and set the style to visibility: visible; so that it showed up, and then to center it IDK WHY IT'S NOT CENTERING SIMPLY but i just added cells (td) after the image map so that it would align properly and ok that was a terrible explanation but i really suck at teaching people i'm sorry
