	OKFIRST put down your base coat and wait for it to dry then paint your nails black and wait for it to dry. I swiped the polish brush over the sponge two to three times and that was enough to sponge each hand. I layered pink then blue then a lighter blue then pink again and used a grey to do the smokey stuff (Reply to this)(Parent)
