this is gonna be really long so i apologize in advance BUT fallon has a tendency to completely throw herself into things, love with her whole heart, etc. she doesn't understand boundaries, she doesn't understand taking things slow, anything like that. their whole relationship got very serious very quickly because once fallon trusted herself with elliot she pretty much dove in headfirst. moral of the story, fallon had decided ages ago that she would marry him, and while that could be teenage naivety fallon's pretty stubborn and believes everything she decides is the right decision. anyway, her mother came to parent's day and tried to take elliot away, make him feel like shit, etc, and when elliot stood up to her mother she realized that she couldn't handle the idea of ever being apart from him. fallon's the kind of person who has a ton of FRIENDS but is rarely close to anyone (i can think of maybe four people she's genuinely close to out of the huge amount of people she loves) and she's pretty much been attached to elliot since the moment they started their thing together. moral of the story, she always knew she'd marry him and her decision as to when it was was just a matter of time thing, it made no difference to her. she's very impulsive, she does what she wants to do when it appears in her head and she thought fuck, i can't be without him, i really wanna marry him, and so she did.

i feel like i should mention that I WOULD HAVE IN NO WAY even THOUGHT of marriage when i was her age and i'm aware of how impulsive and ridiculous she is. if people want to judge her for her decision they can feel free because i know how ridiculous she is (remember the time she beat the shit out of oakley for no reason? remember the time she filled the hufflepuff common room with sand and had a house elf spin a drawing of a pig around a drawing of a fire?) but that doesn't mean i, specifically, condone what she did or think its a good decision.

	you'd have to ask him but as far as i know, elliot pretty much spoils the fuck out of fallon, if she asked him to dye his hair pink and grow whiskers because it would make her happy he'd do it. i don't think he had any qualms about marriage because they're stupid teenagers who are in love and think that their whole lives will forever revolve around each other (Reply to this)(Parent)
