they are already 18 >:( and it makes me want to change their year of birth back to 94 but I JUST DON'T KNOW i'm indecisive and the first time i changed it was to fit a background more accurately

THEY ARE THOUGH if a character has their birthday in the summer/fall months of 1993 they'll be turning 19 unless i don't do math good :(
