	turning on the hotspot is simple, you just have to make sure you have enough data allowance to actually cover what you'd be using. i have unlimited data so i never have to worry and it's in the menu. you just make sure wifi is enabled and then switch on the hotspot to share it, and the password is under the button (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	that's why i need to jailbreak because i don't have wifi right now so i need to be able to use it as a hotspot via it's 3g (and i have unlimited data) with the app mywi or whatever it is the way i do with my razr (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	you don't need wifi to connect to, you just need to turn on the wifi option on your iphone so your computer has a way to connect to it. so you just need your computer to be able to pick up wifi (Reply to this)(Parent)
