	OK ANONS SOMEONE HELP ME what's it called when your screen acts the way your tv does when it's going in and out of channels? i don't want to say it's bleeding but that's what it looks like... and/or it's fuzzy like white noise and then goes black. idk if this is a screen issue or a hardware issue or a software issue but i can't google until i find out what to call it :( (Reply to this)(Thread)
