yeah but if you're under 17 the ministry always knows what you're doing if you practise right? like in deathly hallows where they all had to disguise as harry to travel so no one would know which was the real harry because he wasnt 17 yet

they disguised as harry so the death eaters wouldn't know who to follow when they left the dursely's but they can't know everything or harry wouldn't have gotten in trouble for spells that dobby did, it's a messy situation that jkr didn't think out properly

not oc but they disguised as him because he couldn't do magic yet so flying was the only way to go, hence needing more harry's to hide the original harry
