	the 17 rule confuses me too because sometimes it seems like you're not allowed magic outside of hogwarts period and other times it read like you can if you live with other wizards? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	yeah it's weird i think she changed the specific rules in a few different interviews because the trace is on harry but magic in his house with dobby went off as him but magic that arthur did, didn't? IDK (Reply to this)(Parent)
