	i just think they could've easily cast someone who was shorter and didn't have boobs the size of my head NOT THAT I DON'T LIKE A GREAT PAIR OF KNOCKERS but i can't look at her full figure and imagine district 12 is starving or in poverty (Reply to this)(Parent)

	because she's not described as any race and considering her sister and mom are white and blonde it's highly unlikely she's not causcasian (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	not oc but they specified that her mom was from a different region than her dad, so her mom and sister aren't supposed to look like everyone else where as katniss is supposed to look just like her dad (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	but her sister is still pale and blonde and has the exact same genetics as katniss. the most she would be is hispanic or latino or something and that's debatable. you can't have one white baby and one black baby from the same black father (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
