I doubt he'd li I can safely say no.

I think your team should be pleased they have an interim captain who knows the odds needed to win and pushes his team for that. The Kestrels might have been set back a week after losing their captain, but since you're willing to work them even harder to make up for that, you may even gain an advantage. If they cooperate
