[PRIVATE] Okay, so---I got the papers. I know, right? I can't believe this is--I passed all those tests CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT and since I had the NEWT and all the muggle-related extracurricular thank God for footy-- they believed this was really something---and I mean, did you know that you can go to school for theater? I mean! How cool is that? I can actually go to school to act! Hell, maybe I should've tried becoming a muggle a long time ago, and--

Parry, Miranda Parry---that's my 'alias' while I'm in the muggle world, haaaa---

Move in's all day tomorrow. I could wait until the last minute, but---that would make things worse and---and it's not like I'm going to go and disappear forever, I just---for a little bit. For a few months? I mean--I have to see Gilly and Ingrid's babies and----and if Moses and Harmony ever get married I have to come back for that and...

It'll be okay. This is what I'm supposed to do, right? I wouldn't actually have passed and done everything right if---he can't be out there by himself that's not fair---

Not really. It could have happened before, and then there are ways to keep it hidden.

And if he's only presumed, which is than it could still happen.

I'm not saying you are. I'm just w concerned so I thought I'd ask instead of just letting my imagination run wild.

Because------- because I've given up on him ever coming back, okay? I say presumed so people think I'm being hopeful and optimistic but Ralph is never coming back and I have to bloody accept it to make other people believe that he is too--

Just believe me, okay?Maybe---because the aurors ended the search, because--his house was burnt to ashes, because--I know that if I sit and dwell and wait and hope that there's that giant chance that I'll be doing it for the rest of my life and I don't think Ralph would want me to waste away like that.

You don't have to sit and wait to keep hope alive. You can do things, go places, whatever, and still have hope he's somewhere, biding his time until it's safe. If it was burnt to ashes, there probably wouldn't have been much to identify as human, but that could mean they weren't home or they were warned or that they even were properly mad enough to fake their own deaths. Unless you see a body for yourself, I don't think you should give up hope. You can be realistic while still having hope. How else are people supposed to get through to the other side when things like this happen?

It was "I can't do things and go places if I don't shut everything off completely" partnered with wanting to have dinner you'll pay for and a general avoidance of a clear answer to any questions, some choice words, and a bunch of little things and not you wanting to have dinner along with a personal trait of thinking of horrible things first in case it really is something horrible so I can be relieved if it's something else and prepared if it isn't that made my brain go into concerned mode.

What made me go into run-on sentence mode, however, I don't know.
