Test Scene

Courtney was in living room watching TV waiting for some action. She was dressed in full costume which was not unusual for her when she was at the JSA Headquarters.

“Seen it, Boring, definitely not watching that,” She said as she flipped through the channels. There was nothing on right now.

Oh how Karen loved Ma's pies. ESPECIALLY the chocolate cream. She walked into the living room, munching happily on a piece. "Hey Courtney," she said, "Anything good on?" (Reply to this)(Thread)

“Not really,” Courtney said, “There’s nothing good on TV right now and nothing has really happened since I got here.” Though the pie was smelling really good. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"You should try the pie, then," Karen said, taking another bite, "Fresh out of the oven." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Just walk into the kitchen, and ask Ma for a slice...I think there's some fresh cookies there too. She's been on a baking frenzy today." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

“Thanks,” Courtney said with a smile before rushing off to get some desserts. Not too much later she was back with a plate with a slice of pie decked out with whipped cream and ice cream and a couple cookies on the side. “This was a good idea,” She said before having a bite of pie. “Yeah she really is great like that. Her cooking skills are truly amazing. It’s like a superpower or something.” (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Hmm...we might have to test that out." Karen grinned. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

“Yes we should,” Courtney said grinning, “I can get a cook book so we can look for some tests.” (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

“Cool,” Courtney said before going to see if she could grab one of the big cook books preferably with a lot of desserts. She came back hold a very large book. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Karen smirked. "We can ward off the bad guys with Ma's pie? I like the sound of that. Though Ted might not like that he doesn't get to punch someone." No one could resist Ma's treats. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

starpower 2010-07-16 01:53 am UTC (link)
“Yeah Ted would probably not like that and maybe a few others but at least we have an Ace in the hole if we really need it.” Courtney smirked too. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Karen got up from the couch, grinning. "I'll give you a few to get ready. I'll met you at the training simulator in five." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

starpower 2010-08-17 11:39 pm UTC (link)
Courtney got up and quickly got ready. She then went to the simulator to meet Karen in costume with her cosmic belt and rod. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Karen was dressed in her costume, in the control booth, getting the settings ready. "How about a little robot smashing for us today, Court?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Great," Karen said, pressing a couple of buttons on the control panel before going into the main room with Courtney. "Commence smashing in three, two, once..." The simulator came to life and an assortment of robots came out at Karen and Courtney. "Here we go," Karen said, flying at one, sending a blast of her heat vision at a big one charging at her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

starpower 2010-08-18 12:05 am UTC (link)
“Let’s do this.” Courtney was flying not far behind Karen sending a cosmic energy blast at one of the robot. He then used to staff to send a line of energy around one of the big robot’s legs before picking it up to slam it into the ground behind her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Nice," Karen said with a grin, as flew around a robot that tried to grab at her. She sent a punch at the robots head, and it fell to the ground with a clang. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

“Thanks, pretty fancy yourself,” Courtney said before throwing some shooting stars to disable some more robots. (Reply to this)(Parent)
