"Allow me to retort, May. You know the East Entrance to this building catches the light so well. Lots of traffic. Plenty of people who could see a certain picture of a you and Miss Rubber Duckie in the tub when you were six." Ben grins.
"That would SO keep you from bringing home a boyfriend, which Dad is hoping for. You know that's part of why he sends me here, right? To make sure you aren't dating anyone he needs to follow home and have a talk with." Ben jokes.
When she says that Dad loves him too, he simply offers her a small smile. "Funny, you and Mom keep saying that, but he and I keep having the same arguments about school and sports. He thinks I'm 'wasting my potential'." he sighs. "I don't think he'll ever get over me not liking science."
He brightens, however, when May says she'll come to his came. "You'd really come to the game? I'd like that, Sis. Really, I would. You and Mom can cheer us on, then take pictures of me with the trophy."
