that's exactly what i had thought too because in like five minutes the numbers were cut in half and it actually see just made me feel even more disturbed

in the book it's oddly easy to gloss over it but to just...SEE the bodies lying there was freaky

yeah because you can't put a face to a tribute but in the movie even though we didn't know that character, there's still a face so that's more emotional
