Imprisoned Death Eater Released!
In a surprising turn of events, death eater Braith Selwyn has been released from his holding cell in Azkaban. Early yesterday morning Selwyn was attacked and a barrage of memory modifying spells were laid upon him. After interrogating the prisoner, law enforcement officers were forced to accept that he no longer had any recollection of his acts as a death eater, and a court has ruled that it would be cruel and unusual to sentence a man who now--as the memory charms were so severely done they cannot be lifted---has no resonance of the death eater they had captured.

Selwyn will be put on probation and have regular court dates and appearances to keep up with his behavior. Extreme precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of those around him. He should be released later tonight or early tomorrow.

No word yet on who the attacker was or how they managed to escape.

	No! He was the sweetest person ever! I mean---his family was kind of suspicious but he always stuck out like a sore thumb and---I would bet my bank account that he was forced and--- But still, Geoff!
