Bardera Benched for Good?

Word out of the United camp this week is certainly causing some shock within the Quidditch world! Rumor has it that starting Chaser Nicole Bardera has been put on an indefinite suspension due to issues involving breach of contract. The player, recently engaged to former teammate Martin Boot, announced that she was pregnant this past May, effectively putting her out of action for at least the first few months of the new season.

What could this sudden suspension mean? The Tattler's sources speculate that her breach of contract may have to do her new bundle of joy, but with so many recent Quidditch moms out there, could the United management really be so behind the times?

And what's more, we hear that Bardera isn't taking this news sitting down. Our photographers spotted her recently speaking with management of several teams, including her old friends with the Harpies. One has to but wonder just how her United teammates feel about this!

....turn to page 43 for all the details!

I think it's highly inappropriate for anyone to be speculating on why such a suspension happened.

If any team's players spent more of their time trying to support each other and less time breeding gossip, I'm sure we'd all have better seasons.

Yes. We should all gather around a fire and sing children's songs like the Yanks. No one's robes or hair will suspiciously catch on fire and we'll all be happy as drunken diricawls.

The point is that there seems to be no shortage of drama in the rags without players adding to it.
