Buck didn't do the vacation thing very often, but since he'd been involved with the SHIELD op, he'd been there for the debriefing where they were all ordered to take some downtime. Sure, he could have shrugged it off as an Avenger, but when Alice had invited him along on her idea of leave, he was more than happy to be the good soldier and follow orders. They'd arrived late, just packing things up to their rooms and managing a late dinner before heading out to enjoy the beach on a clear night. A beach they seem to have to themselves, with most visitors apparently preferring the daytime.
