Which he'll gladly do, not holding back much at all. He even eventually pulls on the chain to pull her up to a more upright position as they go.

He pulls her back against him using the chain from the handcuffs, as his own breathing comes harder with the pleasure building. His free hand comes around her front and slides down between her legs to find that sensitive nub and set her off more.
