Character Wanted: Herbert "Bertie" Higgs.
Plot Description: Canonically the "hunting buddy" of Tiberius McLaggen ([info]mctibs). In Valesco, the paternal first-cousin of Brady Higgs ([info]narcissist) and uncle to Terence Higgs.
Character Specifics: 29-ish. Roughly the same age as Brady since they are in the same year and the same house--1969 Ravenclaw. Not a Muggleborn. Occupation, marital status, orientation, stance on Muggleborns, etc. are entirely up to the player.
