Character Wanted: Christian Entwhistle
Plot Descripation: Ingrid's starving artist bb daddy/boyfriend!
Character Specifics: Next in line for Cor's pairings that are made up of two opposite personalities is Christian and Ingrid. He was an artist living alone in London in this tiny flat, he's suuuuper poor and starving and whatnot. The two of them met while she was still in Hogwarts (although Sab played her for that part so I'm not sure exactly how they met--we could make something up) against his better judgement since he is like five years older and was like OH GOD I'M A CRADLE ROBBER OH GOD *flail*. But considering she is SO god damn forceful and rash and Gryffindor-like, she ended up overwhelming his Ravenclaw sensibilities and pragmatic nature and got him to date and eventually have ~relations~ with her. They were kind of madly in puppy love even though they would frustrate the crap out of each other at every turn. They visited each other every Hogsmeade weekend and every Hogwarts holiday until just around Spring break when she caught a drunken Ashlyn Cooper at his apartment, kissing him. Ingrid took it entirely the wrong way and flipped a shit and didn't talk to him again properly until a month or so later when she realized she was up the duff.
They got back together, her family once she got out of school kinda went 'um yeah you can keep your boyfriend, but you ain't livin' here and you ain't gettin' our money' which caused her to move in with him. They really struggle between her job as a waitress and his artistic ventures and he's always trying to find another way to support them and Kevin (born in December of '79). The baby situation made him very self-sacrificing.
Personality-wise they're totally different. He's a little socially retarded and doesn't know how to make the right words come out of his mouth in many situations, but he's very smart and thinks through things logically and does his research, as a Ravenclaw would be expected to. She's rash, does what she wants, has a quick temper (and vice versa, he gets an uncharacteristically quick temper with her), is loud, and really shows her age. Her oft immature actions and responses to things frustrate the hell out of him, although I haven't played her for a couple years and I think to SOME tiny degree she's probably calmed down a little because of natural growth that comes with having a baby.
OH RIGHT AND he is super motivated to be in Kevin's life no matter what because his father left his mother when he was young and most of his ambition in life is to make his son's life better than his was.
They are still dating in my head because he's always thought she was too immature for everything going on and I doubt he would have proposed to someone he thought was too young to deal with it, although I think they might be getting close to a comfortable point since it's been a few years. She's probably been pushing him and getting antsy, but I imagine that's one thing he really won't budge on, since she kind of controlled the whole pregnancy without his say XD (which made him want to scream). They're set to have a daughter later on, but it would be after they get a break in finances.
