SO BASICALLY after wanting kids and thinking she'd never be able to have them because of her husband's furry little problem, Elsie finds out she's pregnant because of the contraceptive potion recall and FREAKS OUT BECAUSE WHO HAS EVER HEARD OF A WEREWOLF BABY, and they are POOR, and she was SUPER SICK, so they were SUPER WORRIED IT WAS A MUTANT, and then they had a precious tiny baby girl who was FINE, so it's really just that Elsie is a hostile-y infertile person and suffered for nine months BECAUSE IT WAS ALL HER FAULT.

okay, idk about best, but definitely most HEART-DESTROYING.
