It's a very well-made and well-cared-for vintage sword-stick. Gilbert hasn't felt the need to unsheathe it.
"So I'll stick around," he says with a shrug. "Besides, you think they wouldn't have made a fight about it if she'd been hurt worse? Still feels like an afternoon well-spent to me."
