We're not sure of anything. The letter made it sound as though he had been thinking about this for a while. He basically admitted to feeling as though they married too young because of extenuating circumstances, and that he felt as though he had never found his purpose. Now he's gone off to find it.

I read the damn letter a few dozen times, trying to find some sort of underlying message - some sort of cry for help, or a sign that he was writing it under duress.

He knew exactly what he was doing.

	My thoughts exactly. He made it pretty clear he didn't want to be found, which is going to make things more difficult. I don't even know what I'd say to him. I think us assuming he won't make it is part of the reason he left. I never thought he'd do something like this. I never thought I'd think of him as a wanker. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	You can punch him in the face right after I've decided between whether he deserves to grow horns or squirt pus. The longer he's gone, the longer I have to think on it. 	Not the worst news I've ever heard, but it's pretty bad. The sad truth is that I've kind of become used to hearing about impending doom, or people dying, so I didn't think anything could really surprise me anymore. Do me a favor?
